| 1). Payment for classes is due the 5th of every month. Please add a $10 late fee if payment is made after the 5th of the month. Make-ups need to be made up by the first week of the following month. |

| 2). Please pick up your children within 10 minutes of the ending time of the class your child is attending. |
|
|

| 3). We love having all of our kids at practice. However, we ask that if you child has been sick please keep them at home until they have been fever/sickness free for at least twenty four hours. |
